No, you don't have to create any profile if you just want to organize the events, but you have to create a user account (register) on Partyaner if you already didn't register.
All communications goes between users, not profiles, but profiles are used for showcase and search.
If you don't have any created profiles or your profile(s) are deactivated then they aren't visible to other users at Partyaner and you are invisible as Partyaner user. That doesn't mean you can't contact others and organize events.
