This page provides the terms of sale and purchase for Partyaner digital products, including digital subscriptions and one-time purchases, offered by Partyaner.com ("Partyaner" or "we" or "us").
By using Partyaner.com and Partyaner products, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.
GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE
The term "digital product" refers to paid digital products or services available from Partyaner, including Partyaner one-time purchases.
You are not required to purchase anything for certain limited use of Partyaner.com or the Partyaner apps. However, if you do not purchase a product or service, your access to Partyaner content and services will be limited.

Partyaner reserves the right to modify the content, type, price and availability of any digital product or service at any time.
Only one person may use the user name and password associated with a digital product account.
For details about your purchases, including payment methods, visit the Partycoins area at Partyaner.com (you have to be a registered user to access this area).
CURRENCY, PROCESSING AND PAYMENT
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, e-mail, phone number, address and required data for payment methods defined at Partyaner.
There's no any kind of recurring subscription payments through the Service, but one-time payments. It means if you need to use one-time service at the Partyaner you pay it one-time.
„Partycoin“ (PC) is a virtual currency and it is the only payment method used inside Partyaner. You can't buy anything else outside Partyaner with Partycoins and no one else can sell you Partycoins except Partyaner. We don't accept Partycoins as currency or payment method from outside of Partyaner. You can buy Partycoins exclusively at Partyaner.
You have to buy certain amount of Partycoins to purchase and use certain Services at Partyaner. When you buy certain amount of Partycoins they will be added to your wallet at Partyaner.
You can check the amount of Partycoins in your wallet when you're logged in your Partyaner account.
The Partyaner will process your purchase as promptly as possible. There may be a delay in the activation of your product while payment details are verified.
We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time.
If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your subscription, product or access will be terminated. Contact our Support if you believe your access was terminated in error.
Unless specified otherwise in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, all charges are nonrefundable.

T-Com Pay Way applies the latest standards in data protection - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that the exchange of information between the T-Com system and the authorization centers of the card companies is carried out in a private network, which is protected from unauthorized access by a double layer of firewall.
PARTYANER DOESN'T COLLECT OR STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO MAKE A PURCHASE YOU HAVE TO ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

PRICING AND FEES
At Partyaner certain services are for free, but some certain products and services are defined with prices. Every product or service where no price is defined or stated „free“, „for free“, „no cost“, „no fee“, „0 Partycoins“ or „0 PC“ is for free and every product or service where price is defined is not for free and you have to use Partycoins to purchase them if you want to use them.
When you purchase a digital product or service, the price will be made clear during the order process. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes.
Discount eligibility is determined at the time of the order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Partyaner reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. We will notify you in advance if the regular rate of a product changes from what was stated at the time of your order. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your purchase from that point forward.
Applicable taxes may vary. We are not able to notify you in advance of changes in applicable taxes.
If a stated price is determined by us in our sole discretion to be in error, we are not under any obligation to offer you the product or service at that price. We will notify you of the error and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund if payment has already been made.
Additional Costs
If you don't have enough Partycoins for certain Services you want to use, you have to buy more Partycoins enough to purchase and use that Services at Partyaner.
When you use your Services, you may incur other additional charges from third party service providers, such as telecommunications fees, data fees or service provider fees. You are responsible for paying any additional charges.
If you believe someone else has used your account or you are being charged for a product you do not have, please contact our Support.
Fees
Partyaner doesn't charge any fees for budgets defined between Partyaner users.
Billing of One-Time Purchases
When you make a one-time purchase we will charge or debit your payment method at the time of purchase.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
We may occasionally offer promotions or discounts. The specific terms of each promotion or discount are stated at the time the promotion or discount is offered. Each promotion or discount may be different. All promotions or discounts are one-time purchases.
We will not notify you in advance that the promotion or discount is about to end and we will not notify you when your promotional rate has ended.
THIRD PARTIES
If you have purchased your product through a third party, these Terms of Sale may not apply to you. We are not liable to you for any claims related to purchases made through third parties. Please contact the third party directly.
DELIVERY POLICY
Digital products / Services
Every service at Partyaner is defined as One-Time Purchase and when you purchase certain service you immediately can use it in meaning that your action or access for purchased service is granted.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Changes to Content or Access
We reserve the right to make changes to our digital products and services at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your product or service for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. If any or all of our digital products or services are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
Cancellation During Promotional Periods
Certain promotions may not permit cancellation during the promotional period. You agree to the cancellation and refund terms stated at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and Refunds of One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases cannot be canceled or refunded.
We reserve the right to make changes to our digital products or services at anytime. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund.
If any or all of our digital products or services are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency (kuna – HRK). The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
