You can change your profile name or alias every 30 days.
If you can’t change your profile name or alias then you have either changed your profile name or alias in the last 30 days or one of your profiles has been verified or a profile verification request is in the process.
You can change your profile name or alias unlimited times (every 30 days) until you make a profile verification request. Once your profile become verified you can't change your profile name or alias anymore.
